Stamped concrete needs a minimum maintenance, apart from its normal cleaning like any floor, it is always advisable from time to time (3-4 years) depending on the wear it has had, wash it with a pressure machine (high-pressure cleaner) and apply again a sealant layer, water-based if you prefer matte and solvent-based if you prefer glossy. This maintenance will enhance the color that had been toned down by the wear and tear of the sun and the traffic of people. You can also change the color of the old flooring by adding a special stain to the solvent-based resin.
